I very much agree ! 😍

Not carrying all these, but cleaning up today’s estate sale finds.

Here’s the result after a light cleaning. Most still need oil and blade work.
IMG_5368.jpeg

From top to bottom:
- Schrade Old Timer - 125OT
- Buck 110 - 1992 (Two Dash Model)
- ???? - Missing a blade and badly worn
- ???? - Only A, from USA (?) visible
- Camillus
- ERN Solingen 3 Blade Jack

Not shown is a West-Cut (Western Cutlery) K-3 Bird & Trout knife that needs a lot of TLC!!

The Buck and the Bottom 3 will get some pocket time this weekend. The Camillus has the remnants of a watch fob on the bail. This meets all my needs for a knife — simple, nice blades with half-stops, interesting scales, and stories to tell!!

Have a great weekend Porchsters!!

This Black box Winchester came in yesterday. I was looking at getting a Winchester when I ran across this one. It didn't have a box & has a few pepper spots so it'll be perfect for a user. The walk & talk is great with no blade play. Just needs a little cleaning up & some fresh oil. Bonus points for it being made the same year I was born 😉

Does that lovely Camillus 33 EO Jack have a 4 line tang stamp?
While attempting to date mine I found out there were two 4 line tang stamps used.
The "early" (to c.1922) had the year of manufacture in a smaller font, at the end of the 4th line.
The "late" 4 line ("1930's" to 1945) did not have the date.
In 1946 Camillus went to a 3 line tang stamp.

Some real beauties there. 👍
😍 the Camillus 33 EO, and the ever so versitile 125OT 2 blade slipjoint folding hunter.🥰

(A vintage 125OT with 1095 blades is one of my "Grail" knives.)

I believe the fourth one down, the barehead bone jack, is a Voos.

Their tang stamp was:

>-VOOS->
USA

Looks like you did well🤙

It has the 4-line stamp with the last line being U.S.A. Thanks for the dating help.

I think you nailed it!! There is a faint > above the remnants of A.

Thanks for the help. These two were much cheaper than the 110 and 125OT, but all were very fairly priced.
