What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

This dynamic duo may have to stay pockets for a few days. Honed up last night and ready to go!

Hope everyone has a great day.

Drove down to the C&O trail and rode my bike down to the Harper's Ferry bridge and locked the bike up. Then I walked across the bridge into Harper's Ferry for the first time. Cool little town, hopefully I'll spend some more time exploring someday when my girlfriend can come along. Harness jack again, saddle but no horse.

My Uncle took a job transfer from home to New Joisey, and moved my Aunt and five cousins from an hour away to 13 hours away. Back in the ‘60s. Every time we visited, my Dad and Uncle would get out the maps, and plot outings. I believe I scrambled all over every single historic site within a day’s drive for Uncle Larry’s nine passenger Plymouth station wagon. Including that place. Really cool for a flatlander kid from corn country.

I have a 54 Jack, and Kutmaster Hawkbill right now.

Like the sweet Colonial Electrician just above, the hawk was sold by or given away by a supplier to the trades. This has a Plumbing Supply House’s name stamped in a scale. It’s henceforth spared from further tip rounding cutting of gypsum board or stripping cables. It’s a garden knife now.
