Thank you! I stopped in the middle of my work parking lot to snap a quick pic, but then my camera fogged up, and then my knife ended up soaking wet, and I’m standing there trying to dry everything off like a crazy man! lol!Matt, disaster ???, but gorgeous stag . . . definitely!
Your dye jobs look fantastic!Recently dyed stag Lambsfoot

Glad to see it serving it's purpose Matt. That Sambar was too nice to lock up, it's going to age *really* well.

There’a a joke about a little bit of belly in there somewhere…Nothing better than two fine straight edges.![]()
I thanked Rick for those onions. But was it you?Glad to see those onions walking Jeff. You really don't have to do anything to get the patch going, that's why they're Gypsy Onions. All you have to do is leave a few on the ground where the wagons stop, and when you come back next year there'll be a patch.
Glad to see it serving it's purpose Matt. That Sambar was too nice to lock up, it's going to age *really* well.
I thought carrying more than one knife WAS diversity?

My Step-Grandad always picked out a couple of post oaks for his neighbor to push over with the bucket on his tractor. Between six and eight inches, so he didn’t have any splitting, just buckin and hauling. But he was close to eighty then. He said post oak burned the best of all. Clean, fine ash.Post oak smoked / reverse seared ribeyes. Tying baking twine around ribeyes helps them cook more evenly and not fall apart. Seasoned with Kinder's Prime Steak seasoning and a little Meat Church Holy Voodoo for the kick.
