Catching panfish off the dock with a similar vintage Orvis Full Flex fiberglass rod and 50A reel. The Orvis spinning reels from this era were made in Italy by Alutecnos and are sweet. Just about any fish bends the rod to the handle!!

Old SW Linesman and a 175 from Paul for Schradurday.

This Burlington engineer’s cap belonged to my step Granddad, who was a machinist with Proctor and Gamble. I think a new cap was a sign of a rookie, so they’d wear their caps unril they fell apart. I had to do some stitching to keep it together.

I was on the lake this morning with this Waynorth Lambfoot. Caught over twenty Crappie; kept ten nice ones, but this 11 3/8 Bluegill was a welcome surprise. He was released.
