I love those "fry pie" makers (at least that's what we called them back in the 1960s); fantastic way to make a sandwich on a campfire!
My wife and I have a side-by-side version with 2 "griddles" on the same set of handles.
And you're lucky to have an experienced skipper steering your boat!

It is a tradition to make ‘Pizza Pockets’ with them at the Cottage — Marinara Sauce, Cheese and any toppings ya want stuffed inside. these ones said ‘Camp Cooker’ on them. I need to get some for home, they are indeed fun.

All three kiddos got a turn at the helm; no one crashed!

Yes it is
It was a good ride. Out of 116 miles I managed about 100 of it on two lanes and 75-80 of that on twisty two lanes
I forgot to mention in my previous post that I saw a bald eagle fly low over the road, and later saw 7 egrets and one great blue heron in ponded water in a farm field

Definitely a great day.

I just keep throwing down seeds all season, so I always have some young and tender ones to cut for the kitchen. When they go to seed, I let some stay where they are to re-seed themselves, and cut others to pull the seeds for my stash. Cilantro must be a good companion plant, because it seems to get along happily with other plants. So I have it mixed in with lots of other stuff.

Thanks Jeff. The seeds resemble grain sorghum but I could not see that unless you were into sorghum honey and syrup.

It is going to be another 90 degree F day. Oh yay! I got out earlier, fed the birds, and watered the tomato plants and flowers. Now it's off to get groceries, gas, our weekly trip to Costco........

We emptied our fridge before vacation so it was a bit of a ‘what’s left in the fridge/freezer’ that’s still edible.

I too like the long pulls Bob, and I think they look best on spears.

Gonna be another hot one today. Dry and hot with low humidity - perfect conditions for a forest fire and we've got one South of as about 15-miles as the crow flies. I'll be carrying a Buck 112 today. Sausage and waffles for breakfast.

My dad picked this up on his travels a while ago knowing I’m a lover of bourbon, bacon, and hot sauce -who isn’t?- so why not combine them?
