One of my favorite combos. Probably should have been on Thrifty Thursday, but I missed it. Knee surgery and a staph infection in my lower leg/calf have kept me heavily compromised since late July. I have been trying to run the newly opened restaurant (3 weeks old) from my couch, as well. Gonna try to get back in the swing of participating on here a little more, as much as time allows.
