Congrats!
Closed on my first house today. So, had to put a collar on n carry a few of my, IMO, classier knives with me.![]()
Beauty of a knife Mr.P. I like the balance between handle and blade.![]()
Hard to imagine a more appealing stockman than that one: round bolsters with tasteful groove, almost-sunk joints, clip/sheep/spay blade combo, sensational color/jigging, classic shield! How big is that one?

I agree with Bob, Beautiful knife Mr. P!
I think I'm starting to acquire a preference for equal end/pen knives, not sure of the exact terminology, I just know that I like blades on opposite ends because they seem to be made a little slimmer. I'm carrying this 78 today and as I was reading your post, I thought I should have grabbed a 32 Engineer since the blade selection on those is comparable, but it's much slimmer.
Anyways... enough ramblings, here's a pic!

Top-notch Case. Whoooo!![]()
Camillus closed in 2007. I bought the knife in that time frame. That’s an odd one. Do you know what year?
2 3/4" closed.Just out of idle curiosity, what is its closed length?
Thanks Bart. I am enjoying seeing your Catt.
Sorry to hear you are losing some grazing acres. On the flip side, happy it is not being lost to housing development.
Thanks guys. It’s a real bummer losing that ranch. It is nice that it will still be grazed. Not much development up in that area. We’ll either have to find more summer feed or downsize. Something will work out. It always does.Good looking herd being offloaded. Hate you are losing ground
Awesome Micarta trio, FC. I especially like the inlayed Micarta on the fixed blade. That must be a new one.![]()
Woke up knowing exactly what knives I would carry today, dunno why just craved these.
The joints on the SAK need cleaning, they're full of caulking and peanut butter![]()
What are the attributes of tall fescue for lawn? It’s not very popular here we mostly have couch and kikuyu in my part of the world.Doing some overseeding today.
