What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Cindy and I had a cold mid-October and still have an occasional slight cough so we're off to see our doctor and get checked out and then see what mischief we can get into at the Brass Rail Restaurant, the gas station at the Indian reservation and wherever else our whims take us. I've been carrying Sowbellies quite often lately and see no reason to change today so, it's a SS Sowbelly today.

I was definitely hesitant to start hammering on a perfectly fine GEC, but I got it for a good deal with the intent of doing this project so I just had a few drinks and went for it.

Thanks. Good job🤙
Bactrian & Dromedary, or in layman’s terms, two humper and one humper.

Tuesday is the new Humpday.
Not sure when I last posted here but it's been awhile, looks like everyone here is doing well. 👍
I spent 6 days in a comfortable campground roaming 7500 acres of beautiful forest by day and enjoying a cozy campfire each night. The GEC H-10 fixed blade was on the hip each day helping in the outdoor kitchen and keeping me company in the woods.
I've been back home for three days and toting around a stag handled Klaas whittler. It's too comfortable here at home and I already have the itch to head back to the woods. I may go back for a few more days of camp time before the weeks over. Life is good. :)

Around here, this time of year, you’ll see a lot of pickup trucks parked off the road. It’s bow season!
Looks like a great camp, Greg🤙
Browning Trombone. Her days are numbered, still shoots well but it’s wearing out. Might pick up a Brno model 2.
If Brownells doesn’t carry parts for that Browning, I vote for a used Wingmaster. Those don’t wear out.

Of course, shipping from Brownells to Down Under would likely be more than a new gun…

Good luck at the Doc's. I hope y'all don't have what I have. I got a head cold about four weeks ago. The cold symptoms all cleared up after a week/ten days. The cough persists to this day. Not a bad cough and I don't feel bad, but a cough nonetheless and I noticed I'm breathing a little harder than normal after my workout. Two weeks ago I had an annual CT scan on my lungs (cancer screening). Both the radiologist and my Doctor did a write up, but neither mentioned any lung congestion, so I kind of ruled out bronchitis or pneumonia. Three separate at home covid tests showed negative. Anyway sorry for rambling. Good luck 🤞🙏

If I'm not mistaken the Browning is a .22lr.

Brownells operate down under, wel they did I’d have to check if that’s still the case.
The pump is getting awful sloppy and simply tilting the barrel down can cause a round to start feeding into the chamber.
I’m just not keen on having a pump around kids as they spend more and more time with me and guns.
