What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

The two bladed GEC #79 Montana Workhorse, along with a bruiser of a Boker S2 for the rough and ready stuff ;)

Great photo! (I am at my computer because I was just editing some pics into black and white. So I was just thinking about tone and texture -- this has a ton of both.)

Thanks Invoice & Mark, it's another one of my passions

The cocobolo 72 wharnie (they're both cocobolo, notice the contrast):

New guy.

Kut Master Girl Scout camper/green- I'm the size of a gorilla and it tickles the daylight out of people when I get it out of my pocket and they register what it is.

Actually a handy little day-to-day knife.

Carried this one last night and it is still in my pocket, something about the way pocket warmed ivory feels. Have a great weekend everyone.

Tiny knife week -- day 6. The trio! These little guys don't seem to get a lot of love from collectors. (I didn't see any exhaustively researched displays of them in all of their variations at the Oregon Knife Collector's show, anyway. :))

And yet, it still has 3 things I often wish my finer knives had -- a small sheepsfoot, a nail-file, and a caplifter. Top marks for utility, even if it gets a zero for interestingness.

Rainy and gloomy outside today, so I'm toting my little Harvest Orange Peanut SS--it's like carrying a wee bit o' sunshine in my pocket! :D

I agree on the tools, Mark! But I do think it's an interesting piece. Maybe a little engraved scrollwork would add some panache?
