What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Got a Swell End, Capped, Jack in my pocket waiting for today's adventures. All is right with the World as our dumpster was dumped yesterday and is standing proud waiting to be filled again. Biscuits and gravy with Jimmy Dean hot sausage for breakfast.

A fantastic Case knife, biscuits and gravy, and an empty dumpster! You’re living right, my friend! 😜

Gettin' it done with these!

That hollow bolster Yellow beauty's "shield" almost makes her look like an automatic. (Imperial, Hammer Brand, and Colonial all made an automatic like that.)
However, the nail nick, and no safety slide say: "I'm a slipjoint."
Very nice fish knife. Is the secondary a fish scaler?
Any idea what decade it dates from?
Thanks for the comments, Steve. :)
That shiny, blank, circular shield DOES look like some kind of button, but the knife is definitely a slipjoint. (I don't think I've ever handled, or even seen in person, an automatic knife.)
Secondary blade is a fish scaler, as you guessed.
I know almost nothing about the Providence Cutlery Company beyond what posters told me in this thread:

(Some additional photos there, too.)

Poking around some art galleries in a high brow district of Houston, Texas.
In one building, I watched and listened to a jazz quartet ~ flute, viola, harp, cello ~ warming up and running through trickier parts of the music in their upcoming set. Looked over the flautist's shoulder for a close look at his charts. Yikes. I was able to stifle my thought of finding a guitar and asking to sit in.🙄
I have played guitar for nearly 57 years, and took piano lessons for four years before that, but these folks were in another league.

I just "attached files" for my photos in my most recent post because when I tried to use postimg, I got a warning from "cloudflare" that the website to which I wanted a connection was the source of phishing attacks. Anyone else experience this?

Yes.
I think they've been hacked because if you ignore the phishing warning and proceed, it still doesn't work.
