We had a nice little snow flurry earlier this morning. Temp is right at freezing, but breezy so if feels colder. A Canadian seemed appropriate.

I agree, Jeff. :thumbsup: The Green River blades remind me of Opinel carbon blades in the way they sharpen. l used mine along with a boning knife to process venison quarters into roast and steaks.

Another Schatt for me today as I head out the door, worm groove bone swell center, 4" closed.
