I have nothing but good things to say about our mail guy, Bill, and local Post Office. In fact, I'm going to give him a little gift $ tomorrow. They can only accept tips that don't exceed $20, which was what I had in mind anyway.😄

But it's always entertaining to read about the tracking histories some of y'all report.

Try not refreshing the USPS tracking every half hour😆

Recycled picture but these two today as I play taxi driver. I had to drive 2 hours to St Louis airport to pick up father in law and his wife. Once they get here I will drive them 2 1/2 hours to where they are staying and then 2 hours home.

So it’s a fun filled day.😂

Whelp, you got me there GT. It’s my memory that’s slipping. I had to go back and look it up. That was a GAW by @chuck4570 back in 2020. Looks like he hasn’t been on the forum since then.

Your goodheartedness and generosity ran a groove into my neurons that made me think of you…👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

And if you are still out there @chuck4570, a 10 yr old dude says thanks!
Hi Jon, I found your post by googling my father's screen name chuck4570 (a combination of his name and the caliber of rifle I used to take my first deer, a .45-70). I knew he was active on this forum, so I joined and did a search. He passed away on this day in 2020 from covid but finding this post and knowing one of his knives is still out there, being useful, instructional and making memories, got my eyes a bit misty and my thoughts nostalgic. He was a generous guy and a wonderful father and I miss him dearly. Please continue to use that knife and pass it on when your (now) 12 year old dude is ready; my father would have loved that. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
