  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Still carrying my Kerry Hampton BP-Trapper. She's one slipjoint thats awfully hard to put down. One of the sharpest blades in my stable and the bone is almost magical in its ability to brighten and darken depending on the ambient sunlight..

At sunset..

Right after sunrise..

That is one AMAZING knife. Thanks for those great pics.:cool:

i used the sodbuster jr today at work. i had to chop a few yellow jackets in half with it, with the gacefullness of a trained ninja. tommow my queen copperhead should be in the mail to replace it. i'll give the sodbuster to my little brother, he shouldn't get in much trouble with a knife that has no tip :P

This handsome little gem from Bret Dowell in Westinghouse Ivory Micarta and ATS-34:

Today I had my trust Case Peanut in watch pocket of my jeans, Victorinox Soldier Alox on the belt in a leather sheath made for it and Case Sodbuster Jr in backbag.

Elliott and sunnyd,

It is a good thing that eye candy like yours is not fattening! Bring on some more!

Today not exactly traditional carrying a SAK. However, it is a slipjoint. ;)

Now that's beautiful red pioneer. I hope I get one soon, but I have to order from the states... Red is more classical SAK color, so I am glad there is red aloxes too.

One of these just came on the UPS truck so I sharpened it up and into the pocket she goes:

Today it is an old Boker USA stockman, carbon steel with slant bolsters and yellow celluoid..

Slim today.
someone mentioned they were not crazy for Canal Streets shield. I wasn't crazy for it either at first thinking "brass?" The brass is taking on a dark patina like brass does and it actually looks quite nice. it accents the wood.

We seem to have the same problem. I also want a reed one. I think reed is THE coulour for a SAK and I like the "used look" they get when used. The ordering from US is an aber though. For a SAK its good though there dosnt feel like F&F issues is a problem when ordering.

I know what you mean Nirre. The huge problem is rarity of colored Alox models. I hope I can get one before they ran out.

Today I am carrying Case Peanut SS and Case Sodbuster Jr SS

my queen copperhead. it finally came in the mail today. it's my first queen, and i have to say i'm impressed with it.
