SAK of the Week is a Vic Recruit, according to my weekly rotation schedule spreadsheet. (But that seems weird to me, since my Recruit was SAK of the Week just 2 weeks ago. )


Stockman of the Week is a Case 6347 with walnut Rogers jigged bone, quad-lined bolsters, and stainless blades. I bought it for myself 3 years ago as either a 70th birthday gift or a Christmas gift - how soon we forget.

I've been carrying the BF Stockman since it arrived. It's a large handful of a knife but is surprisingly easy in the hand. Tonight it's helping supervise making a tomato cream sauce for supper.
I'm honestly kinda worried, it looks hungry & I don't want to disappoint...
