What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I have been carrying my "first". knife. Not my first ever. I haven't had that one for ages. But my first Case and my first one when I decided to start collecting. I don't collect much anymore do to finances. But I have kept about half of what I have had. I wish I had kept them all. But I chose the canoe model to be my favorite back then and it is still one of mine. And this simple Case amber bone CV is the one that would be the last to leave me.

I just sharpened a old Buck 309 tonight and I think that will get some pocket time soon.

Have you ever bought a knife only to find out later that you already have that model. At least it's a nice knife. Went out looking for eagles before this cold front makes it unbearable.

Thankfully no, or at least not yet. Great knives and even better pictures. Thanks for sharing them.

I almost asked about for an explanation to appease my curiosity! Problem solved.😁 I always wished Case would have put a little sheepsfoot on that frame along with the clip. Talk about a perfect light duty EDC! 😍 I honestly think Case could really change the game with a few minor changes/blade swaps to their existing/preexisting patterns. They already have the tooling to do it! 🙄🤦‍♂️
Glad I could anticipate your question and answer it, Chris! ;)

I like your suggestions for modifications to some Case patterns. Here's a link to some Photoshop images Darren waverave waverave made in response to my "wishes" for some spey/Wharncliffe and spey/lamb Case mini trappers in chestnut jigged bone, stag, and ebony:
