I have a mental classification that I subject all of my knives to that I call IF I HAD TO LIVE WITH ONLY ONE POCKET KNIFE.

The GEC could possibly be my new favourite pattern (the 39 being its top competitor), Ive found quite the fondness for patterns that have a bit of character to the shape of the backspring lately..

Last eve., I was in my leather chair reading. Vik was sitting up in bed with her work laptop, when I heard her softly clear her throut, like "ahem".
I heard her because we got rid of the tv in the bedroom. She was laughing at Manny getting comfy.

It was only light use, sectioning up some template stock card but the new edge and that belly that’s formed makes it super slicey against a cutting board
