Sorry for the recycled pic, I will snap some new shots soon.I realized this is my first single blade traditional. I don't seem to miss the secondary or thirdondary blades.Hmmm may be a turning point for me.
Edit:Duuuh that's not true, I also have a Sodbuster Jr. :o

Most of my knives are traditional wooden handled Taylors Eye Witness or Otter and these are the knives I use for heavy duty work. Unfortunately ....due to this forum I now have another Acquisition Disorder. Unfortunately or fortunately....I have found nothing similar produced in the UK so I have no loyalties as far as these knives are concerned and I can afford to experiment with a few different formats!

Today's knife was a Rough Rider RR048 Canoe in Jigged Bone.

I've recently become a rabid Taylors Eye fan myself.
Welcome aboard.

Panama white linen micarta is one of my favorite handle materials. This half moon trapper from CSC just arrived today. I was meant to own this one as I somehow ended up with the english barlow and half moon trapper numbered 09. It was completely unintentional and both listings did not list number

I think I need the pinch lockback in white linen to finish the set....wonder if I can score #09 again.

I carried the barlow today in anticipation of the half moon arriving along with my trusty Case Select Peanut.

Good intentions thwarted again...I figured I'd get a photo of the S&M tiny Barlow when I got home, but there was a package waiting for me from Mike, a much bigger Schatt & Morgan. I also forgot the first Scout meeting of the new year was tonight, so instead of taking pics I dropped my new 3 5/8" antique green bone half Congress in my pocket and went my merry way.

Pics this weekend maybe...;)
