Wow. Happy New Knife. Beautiful bolster. Superb jigging. I would love having that. Will I like your picture. Very fitting. Cosimo’s knives are fine and I enjoy the pictures of them.
Many thanks Kurt, it's a compliment coming from you who has a lot of fine knives and and equal amount of taste  CDB has notched up another new benchmark

Not sure why but I just love the nail nick placement on this one. The whole design is fantastic but that little detail just sets it all off in the best way.
Thank you. I wanted the nick far forward and close to the edge, rather like in certain French knives and it turned out really well. The knife is pinch open too but if you prefer using the nail then you get a smooth operator opening with 7+ pull and cam-tang

Enchanting spear main whittler, Greg!:cool::cool:

Terrific bone on your Case, Greg!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
(I don't understand why they position the sheepsfoot like that, though. o_O)

Thanks for the comments, my friend. I'm with you, I like the bone on the Case but wanna push that sheepsfoot into the blade well every time I look at it riding proud in closed position.
btw; I like the bone on your tribal lock too, nice color. Corncob jigging is what I think Case calls it?

Love the LT Wright, Adam. Haven't seen one from Wright like that until yours, what is the handle material?
Thanks, Greg! It is a special one for sure! LT did a small run last year for the Pout House folks and it's a version of the Maverick Scout with a guard. The handle on mine is maple Richlite.

Is your buck creek from the late 80s-early 90s? Love it!
Thank you, Eric. :)oil the joints-2 - 1.jpeg

I'm not sure of the age on the Buck Creek although 80's or 90's may very well be accurate by just looking at the handling wear. 🤔
To be honest I don't have a lot of knowledge about many of the knives I collect, I just kinda pick up whatever appeals to me. Waterfall celluloid intrigued
me when I saw a vintage Queen equal end knife wearing it in a collection at a knife store. That one was beyond what I wanted to spend on one knife so I
started watching the internet auction site where I found the copperhead.
