What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

🤯 Genius! I've never though about using spark plugs.🤦‍♂️ Crappie71 Crappie71 You see this??? 🤣 Bet you could cast that sucker a 1/4 mile on some decent braid. 🐟
Back in the day where I grew up, the old timers used spark plugs on a light dropper line off three way swivels in snaggy and rocky areas. When they would get hung up, they would just break the dropper line and would still have their hook. I guess trash spark plugs are cheaper than lead. 😝

Wow! Great pic! Love the Bulldog and old tackle. The Waynorth Harness Jack ain’t bad either. 👏
Thanks! They do make a great pair 😉
They're on an old handmade tackle box I picked up years ago at local tackle shop. There was a lot of interesting pieces in there. I just left it as is because it was just a cool piece of history. I have no idea how old it is.
The story I got from the owner of the shop was his widow brought it in to them when they were selling off the estate to make sure it went to good use. The owner didn't usually mess with second hand sales like that but he made an exception for her. Whoever made it was a true craftsman. The top shelf of the box actually had a vacuum when you went to lift it too fast 🤯

🤣 If only this old box could talk.

I never thought or heard of that! I assumed they were just spares for the boat motor. That would actually make more sense why they were placed beside the weights & lures.
