A great pair. OK, I’m doing the math. Even assuming grandpa got his first Case at the tender age of 6, if he carried one for 80+ years, he’s in his upper 80’s or older. Still meeting his grandson for breakfast and still carrying!! What a treat to still have that opportunity to spend time with him! Enjoy!!
I see him 3 days a week. My grandfather is 91 and has a girlfriend😆.

He's a hard old man that grew up on a family farm in Eastern Ky. He said, every boy carried a pocket knife back in the 40's. We've been Case people 7 generations!
 
Before knives I collected figs. Harder to come by than a knife!. The Violette de Bordeaux is considered by fig nuts as the best fig variety in the world and a grail for many. I finally scored one and this year it’s pumping out amazing jammy, berry rich goodness. I’d put it no.2 against my black Tuscan but it’s still a darn good fig.

It deserves to be in the company of an equally nice knife.
