Is this a forced patina or natural. If forced…what was your process?

Natural. Just cutting various foods for myself and kiddos. Was a mix of red meat, tomatoes, oranges, apples and strawberries. The strawberries created a really colorful patina at first and then cutting up apples on Sunday darkened it up.
