Been at the University of Chicago hospital for six hours this morning, since 5:30 am, waiting for for my wife surgery scheduled at 7:30 am. They still haven’t even taken her back to the operating room yet! Ridiculous! Good thing that I brought this little guy along to fidget with. Still looking at a four hour surgery, plus a couple more in recovery, before hopefully being discharged. Lance IMG_8752.jpeg

Going to the hospital late this afternoon for a sonogram - something about measuring blood flow through the veins/arteries in my neck. I'll travel light with a BF Bunny Knife in my pocket. We'll pick up carry out Chinese on the way home - food not a person.
