I shut down our wood stove three weeks ago. I usually end up starting & shutting it down several times in the Spring & Fall, because of warm/cold spells, but I decided it was going to stay shut down, and we turned on the baseboard heat. It just isn't the same though. It was 23 this morning, but at least there's no snow in the forecast.

Anyway.........I'll be carrying the 111 for at least another day.

Changing to my Leatherman Charge+ TTI in the original sheath, on the belt, connected to a 32" DIY chain lanyard, anchored to a split ring on the 03:00/15:00 belt loop.

The gent who gave it to me, went to his next life the 26th, a couple hours after lunch.
His departure was not unexpected.
On the plus side, he is pain free for the first time in decades, and does not need a wheelchair to move around, nor assistance getting out of the wheelchair to go to & from his recliner, in/out of bed, and to use the "throne".


(Shown with the SAK Hercules that I also received as an living inheritance. The Hercules resides within reach, clipped to my rollator.)

LM Accessories: Bit Kit #1 and #2.
Off-brand accessories: 1/4" drive ratchet that takes the LM flat bits.

A Large (6") "Church Key" paint can lid pry & bottle opener. (obtained at the Home Depot paint department, for $0.00 and no minimum house paint/deck stain or varnish purchase.

EDIT:
Decided to put the Mini Champ (also an inheritance) in the (quote-unquote) "watch pocket" (a lady's tiny necklace pocket watch, or a ring watch might fit that pocket.) on a 28" leather lace lanyard.

It would probably be safe to put the rain gage up for the year, but for the moment the holder makes for a nifty knife posing perch
