I'm sorry Jeff, but I don't know anything about the shields on Victorinox knives.I know that 2008 was the last year of this shield because I read it online.

I'm tote'n these two today. I can now see from the pic that I need to clean up the clip on the Queen made Winchester moose. Glue residue from cutting tape on a package I suspect. Have a good day, folks.
