And it just got even cooler. Thanks,
It was purpose built to a very high standard, the insulation alone is better than most houses.
The roof is reinforced in case my neighbours tree drops a branch on it.
A ground anchor was set in the concrete which is insulated against water ingress from the ground.
The doors are set to one side (my idea)so I can ride in through my back gate and easy park against the wall, which has a purpose made very large toughened glass window..
That leaves the other wall for my ex military very strong stores shelving, tools, stands etc.
The bench at the end is built high so I dont have to stoop (im tall) and has a sacrificial top layer if it gets damaged.
Lots of old memorabilia back to my 1978 tax disc for my secound motorbike etc.
How I wish I had a shed like this when I was younger.![]()
So sorry to hear this. I'm sure he has crossed the Rainbow Bridge and joined all the Blade Forum pets that have gone before him.
to all the BF family for the the great thoughtsI'm sorry Mitch, losing a pet is always tough.
Great idea Jon, I bet it works a treat. I need to try that on my A Wright & Son lambfoot.Experiment underway. I swabbed on a few coats of potassium permanganate to my Conductor. It was getting pocket worn towards the status of staggy pale. I’m going to carry it every day until the brown wears off (it wears off quickly) to a perfect worn in look. Then I’ll spray it with lacquer. At least I think this is a brilliant idea. It’s not an overly craggy piece of stag, so I opted for this technique. We will see!
