It's Friday. Working in a bakery before Easter is not something I recommend, im exhausted.

Pulled these out to choose from today, my only GEC plus my Bill Howard Queen-made knives, a nice family set. Went with the Winchester this time


I didn't own a knife with a blade over 3" for probably 10 years until I bought the AG Russell citrus knife, then picked up the barlow and the toothpick. Great for fruit at lunch!

BakeryWizard I have three of these. 2 Gouttierre's(Sheepsfoot) and 1 Alpin(Clip Point). In my opinion, these are probably one of the best values in traditional knives going right now.
