Starting late tonight through tomorrow, we're scheduled for heavy rain and snow but the sun is out now which will make for a nice Mother's Day for Cindy.

GEC called this Stockman "Bumble Bee" but it never struck me as such. I'll carry it today. Hopefully, it won't sting me.

Another cloudy day here in the City by the Bay. Forecast is for rain tomorrow afternoon morning but as long as it clears up by the afternoon we’ll be good for our family portraits being taken at the Legion of Honor as the setting. Spent most of yesterday at a Kia dealer buying a new Nero for my bride. Going down to see our grandkids a bit later. Along for the ride either of the following. Have a great day folks!

Even though we usually call Sunday part of the "weekend", it's actually the START of a new week on my calendar, so I typically rotate my knives on Sunday. That means I have a couple of different Canoes of the Week starting today. Both are Rough Ryders I ordered last summer, one with denim micarta covers and the other a "magician's canoe" with red bone cover on one side and green bone on the other.

Just more evidence how a mother's work is never done & they are always giving & thinking of someone else.
We visited my mom & my sister who is a first time mom yesterday & spent the day with Mrs. Hoovies mother today. (It's been a busy weekend)
As a surprise to us my mother in-law made this wreath for my mom on Mother's Day to give to her (my mom), from one mama to another
