Advice I would expect from a proud sailor.
Do you think he'll consider your advice? A young guy could do a lot worse.

We recently drove to Georgia for a Grand Daughter's HS graduation. Jason's 2nd daughter. No worries about her ~ she's at the top of her class, and scholarships in hand, she'll be rooming with her older sis at university where she'll begin her journey to become a pediatrician.

I'd found out ahead of time that she was a little worried I'd embarrass her in front of her friends, so I tried to act "normal". Which for me, mainly consists of smiling and trying to keep my mouth shut.
 
I happened to get a Friday off (worked extra over the weekend) so I'm spending my extra time with the wife today & decided these two would be a nice carry.
