The manual is only back-up, it takes quite a while to use. But useful.

I have a couple of grinders, one very simple & cheap, compact which has been used everyday now for 6 or more years, another expensive and allegedly superior with burrs or something. The latter is bulky, messy to clean and fill-over complex and does not produce a better result. It lies idle

Been wondering if you can sharpen coffee grinder blades ? Could be a rabbit-hole of polished edges, bevels ,angles though
