Great knife! I have a new one in the box that I'll use probably never, but dang it's sweet! Oddly, I can't stand the Copperlock with a clip blade... something about the bolster and blade angle drives my nuts.

I had to change knives ~ Although either of this morning's antique Schrades would have done nicely on today's beans.
No, I did not finish trimming this basketful. I put one gallon in the freezer, and the rest will have to wait.

That is not a spey blade. It is a bean trimming and de-stringing blade.
