Planned on just two, but I added my Woodsman in honor of the Patriarch of the Porch, J jackknife .

Tough day. Got a call from my sister that her husband passed during the night of a massive heart attack. Only 65, and only days away from the birth of his sixth grandchild. He was a Knife Guy, but I never saw him carry the high end trad. knife I gave him, but I never carry the Gerber flipper he gave me, either.
On my way down to meet my brother to break the news to Mom.

Hug a loved one today.
I'm sorry for your loss. I hope you all may find peace

Case Knife of the Week is a 1975 redbone canoe, one of my 10 favorite Case knives:

Colonial/Imperial/Schrade Knife of the Week is my Colonial Forest-Master, my first-ever knife from about 1960. Last week, it was my Work Knife of the Week and was a Top Ten work knife. It doesn't make it into my Top Ten in the Colonial/Imperial/Schrade category. In 2020, I bought a Kamp-King to carry in place of the Forest-Master to reduce the chance of losing my sentimental favorite. But I've never been able to follow through on the substitution. I enjoy carrying my first knife every now and then, even at the risk of losing it.
