What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I made biscuits and gravy for the family over the weekend. Finished off the leftovers today for lunch. 😋
umm ... Please forgive my asking ... but when it comes to Biscuits & Gravy ... how is "leftovers" even possible?!? 🤯😳

To me 2 or 3 (large) biscuits (split like an bagel, giving the appearance of 4 to 6 biscuits on the plate), with 1 er 2 large taters shreaded into hash browns (enough to cover an 10" plate, at lease 2.5-3" tall) wit six to ate over-easy clucker seeds on top (clucker seeds ain't very filling), and around 15 sausage on the side, wit a 64 ounce iced coffee, made fore an nice moderate breakfast, when the truck stop had an Breakfast buffet, when I was driving the expedited box truck.

(I still don't no why I went from 130 pounds to 160 pounds in the 5 years I done that job ... Mustah been the iced coffee with 4 or 5 "do NOT add more than one" labeled vitamin Caffeine things added. I only refilled my two 64 ounce, and three 44 ounce coffee mugs 3 or 3 times an day. Most strange ... I didn't use any sugar ... 🤨)

Have a nice day
Can you tell me about this one? Very cool!

Absolutely nothing on the griddle for today. Maybe a run up to the mailboxes but that's it. Sausage and eggs-up for breakfast. A Green and Black Laminate XR Crossroads for carry. "Abby" the Hoarder sends her regards to all Blade Forums dogs and any and all other pets.

Case Knife of the Week is a blue jigged bone with red shield Wharncliffe/pen mini copperhead, maybe my most visually appealing knife and a member of my Case Top Ten:

Colonial/Imperial/Schrade Knife of the Week is an oriental "Imperial Schrade Work Knife" (AKA sodbuster jr, with 2.75" blade) that is still available for under $6 - it must be some kind of sorcery that they can sell a knife this good for that price! 😲

Mini Copperhead is one of my favorites. I carried this one on work trips around the country back when short bladed folders were okay on airlines.
