Good mail call today, my new watch and gun grip arrived.



The SAK Farmer X worked just fine for grip removal and installation.



Finished, much happier with these. No hotspot from the grip screw digging into my palm.

SP101 in 3" is quite a fine sidearm. Built like a tank
And those Hogue combat grips look comfy.
The only downside would be they might be a little bulky for concealed carry?

I thought they might be, but they are only really a little thicker where the palm swell is and to me are much, much more comfortable. A picture with my SAK and a tape measure for reference.

Carrying only one knife a day, and not repeating has been interesting.

I grabbed this knife as I walked out the door to work. It belonged to a dear departed friend. It was nice having him close today.
