Having taken the Sardinian out previously I thought I better take the Corsican out today (to avoid jealousy).

Believe me you don’t want to get on the bad side of women from either of those country’s,it won’t end well for you. 😆

The whole area was badly flooded,I got soaked.

Note the raised board walk its extensive in this area near the river.

I found the “stairway to heaven”.

Eventually I retreated to a nearby garden centre for a coffee and warm up.

Tons of Christmas stuff on sale,so I bought the biggest box of genuine Scottish shortbread ever and these pointless string lights.😎

I’ve seen lots of outdoor bloggers using them in bothys and the like.

They run on 3 AA batteries,I quite like them they brighten up the area near my stereo/record player.😁

Western 522 lock back and Rough Rider stockman, I went the thrifty Thursday route today. The RR I've had for 10 years and cost about $15 at the time, the Western was purchased at a flea market 3-1/2 years ago, package deal with a Kinfolks fixed blade for around $35-40 if I remember right. The Kinfolks blade is heavily rusted and pitted but sharpened up real nice. Pommel is a bit loose too but overall a solid useable find. Not carrying the fixed blade today but thought I throw in a pic of it just the same.
