Out with my TEW lamb foot that I fine tuned.

It cuts wood precisely and with ease.

Nipped into the antiques centre looking for knives.

I found a few and a Sten gun,they also had a rare German WW2 gravity knife,not only expensive but in England it could lead to a lot of trouble.

Used my new large Wildo Swedish 600ml fold a cup.

The original 250ml ive had for 30 years (bought in Bosnia) is a little to small for the free coffee machine in Waitrose.


They fit in a pocket or shoulder bag with ease.

I did some more grinding on the Schrade, where the sheepsfoot and spay were colliding so the spay wouldn't open.
The thumb divot I put in first was necessary anyway, to get my nail in at less than 90 degrees.

Yesterday's coating of snow was gone before I got my morning walk done. We got another couple inches overnight. The temp isn't supposed to get out of the 20s this week, so this will be around longer.

Hi everyone. I enjoy carrying this traditional Hutsul slipjoint knife. It’s more of a style piece than a fully practical tool. It’s not very ergonomic, but it works reliably. Whenever I take it out, it always draws attention.
The first image shows the original piece from a museum in the city of Kolomyja.
