What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Just found the.same knife.in a box filled with old ones. That knife.is.the.hardest thing to open. Any place to get more info.

A partly cloudy day here in the City by the Bay 🌤️. Nothing major on the agenda for today other than reading the Chronicle and NY Times and solving the Spelling Bee. Keeping me company two Case/Bose gems the Modoc Special and Eureka Jack. Have a great day folks! 😀

Ran across a can of insect and bee spray in the laundry room that jarred my memory about my Camillus 72Y Yellow Jacket Whittler so I sorted it out in my magic knife box and I've slipped it in my pocket this morning. Sausage and ???? for breakfast.

I am honored indeed, Tyson. Nice touch doing the controls route from the back, and going without a pickguard🤙 It would be a shame to cover up that flamed maple.
What is the back wood?

Lovely Thinline🤙
Thanks! My buddy Jeremy made this as his student project at Roberto Venn in 2000, I bought it from him not too long after that. I think the back wood is cherry, but I'm not sure.

How'd your cedarcaster do today?

Yes, these are a little heavy and bulky to be called Churchgoing Knives.
I'm sticking with the same ones because I like them, and because I can.
Call me Butter.
I'm on a roll.

My first gig with my latest. I believe it will do. Now I have six to choose from on Sundays. No, 8 to choose from.

But Mom's home!
By the way, nothing on the kitchen counter is safe right now. I've already had to sand and re-oil the walnut on two of my favorite kitchen knives. Being a knife knut, I keep them razor sharp, which explained the blood on the kitchen floor. Of course I inspected the inside of his mouth and his paws, but never found a cut. Could be from him losing his puppy teeth, but lesson learned.

Hmm
I have some 2" thick black cherry lumber...

The new guitar did great, thanks. And one of the other guitar players pointed at it when we finished, and said he loved the tone😀

I do need to get a waterslide decal for the headstock, but can't decide between Cedarcaster and Mantlecaster, since it used to be our fireplace mantle.

Staying home and hanging with this one.

Magnificent 😍
We've had Santa Ana conditions in San Diego for the last few days. Today is supposed to be the peak with highs in the mid 70's.

If I might add a reminder, please remember that knives with pocket clips are not Traditional. If the rest of the knife is traditional, please show it with the pocket clip out of sight.
Meanwhile,
The one on the bottom (I think)
