Love that ‘81 and it’s covers.
I like how the Hemlock Green (hey! I voted for White Bone) bone of our fine Blade Forums Barlow sets off the faint red streaks in that Walnut. It is one fine piece of Black Walnut. Or perhaps, since you're in California, English Walnut grafted onto Black Walnut rootstock and it's called Claro Walnut?

Even wonder how many guitar bodies you could get out of that dining room table?

Nice David, can't decide which I like better.
I have a big wood sea chest filled with 33 1/3 vinyl, including a well worn Please To See The King by Steeleye Span.As Steeleye Span would put it, "A misty moisty morning and cloudy is the weather."
A Buck 303 in "Comfort Craft" yellow.

Yeah, true.I love Teles in part for their light weights - so give me swamp ash or pine or alder (and make it chambered and roasted while you're at it). A walnut Tele would be too heavy for me (heavy is great in tones but not in weights).
Thanks buddyNice David, can't decide which I like better.
Yeah, true.
I have a one piece body I've cut out of one of my Northern Ash trees, and it is going to make a heavy guitar.
