I "think" the Roy Acuff & related commemoratives had special shields.
I don't recall if "Grand 'Ol Opry" or the star's name was on it, or if it was a guitar and/or fiddle.

You got me curious, so I looked it up. It appears to be the correct shield, just poor quality control. Thanks for the input.
