The Vic "Floral Knife" on the top. As produced (and in the picture I took when it was new), it's chisel ground, for making precisely placed cuts. But I put a primary bevel on both sides, to make my sharpening life simpler.

But now you have to hone two sides instead of one!
I can see the auction listing now (some day far in the future) "Extremely rare double ground Victorinox Florist~ no low balls!"
