That's me. My siblings, kids, and grandkids are scattered all over the country. If I want to visit them, I drive.

I was in a Huey that "fell" out of the sky once. We were taking fire at the time. Not fun!

I'm the same way with ships. I will not be taking any cruises, or going deep sea fishing. I'm not afraid of water. I used to be an avid white water kayaker, and still have a canoe; but if I can't swim to shore, I ain't going.

We had our 45th anniversary yesterday, but Mrs Fleschwund was in SD escorting her parents to a funeral. Neither one of them is safe to drive that distance.
Or any distance if you ask me.
I celebrated by getting Duncan through the final exam to earn his Intermediate AKC Canine Good Citizenship ribbon. Total miracle.
I might have played guitar too.

It was super fun. We only had about a quarter of the class there, though. A lot of people have moved away.
