We had our 45th anniversary yesterday, but Mrs Fleschwund was in SD escorting her parents to a funeral. Neither one of them is safe to drive that distance.
Or any distance if you ask me.
I celebrated by getting Duncan through the final exam to earn his Intermediate AKC Canine Good Citizenship ribbon. Total miracle.
I might have played guitar too.
Well congratulations to you both Jeff👍👍
We had 29 earlier this month.

Canoes of the Week are both made in China.
Marble's ram's horn canoe, a very nice knife:

Winchester yellow synthetic canoe (whose tang stamp seems somewhat misleading to me, but it has another tang stamp that makes clear that the knife was made in China); this canoe is not very nice. I have lots of inexpensive canoes that do not feel or act cheap, but this Winchester is NOT one of them.

I was going through some paperwork in the safe and pulled out a couple advertising knives from where one of my Grandpas used to work.

Then I grabbed this for the day to help me get the boat ready. Changed oil in both motors and ran them for a bit. Should be on the water next weekend.

I got to do my good deed for the day. I helped a guy pick up his BMW touring bike. He wasn't hurt and the bike was ok. I don't know what happened. He was down on the inside of a roundabout and I partially blocked it with my car, so we got him up and going and got out everybody's way. He was an old guy (I'm 65 and he looked older than me). A nice lady also stopped, said she was a nurse and asked if everybody was OK.

I mention this, because I had intended to take a scenic pic in the grocery store parking lot, but in all the excitement I forgot. So here's a pic of today's carry with freshly purchased apples :D

Another knife I've rediscovered. These 2020 BF forum knives are very nice
A dangerous situation that. You were of course aided by one of the best Forum Knives  These are a serious carry, excellent finish, not heavy or having pocket-rip tang corners, yours is a very nice example and will make short work of those tasty apples. :) Mike knifeswapper knifeswapper really produced a fine knife under THE most difficult of circumstances. Such a pity he wasn't able to get the Lamb Foot version off the ground with Viper.

Love the slogan “Your friendly sand man”. So no eye stealing if you don’t sleep? 😂
Enjoy the water next week and don’t forget the darn plug…I’ve been there.
