Another beautiful day here in the City by the Bay! Lots of sunshine and no fog 🌫️ yet🤞. Only thing on the agenda is a run to Whole Paycheck aka Whole Foods to pick up a couple of things unique to their inventory. Keeping me company with a nod to Wooden Wednesday either one of these from across the Pond or north of the border. Have a great day folks! 😀

I can't mow my lawn today. Too wet.

Looks like a couple yummy breakfast and/or supper/Lunch and/or dinner and/or snack, and/or nuggets/finger/jerky quackers there. 🤤

You could use some of the feathers for a dip pen, hat decorations, fishing fly materials ... and if you got enough down, quilt insulation, or even a mattress. 😇👍

Nice knife! I don’t see you in this neck of the woods very often! 😜
I don’t really belong here. I had a GEC 98 I sold because I needed the money, and this clasp knife has been hiding in a box since I bought it. For a traditional, it fits my hand nicely, so I started carrying it yesterday.

EDIT: I should clarify, I have a profound love and respect for traditional pocket knives. I have since my grandfather gave me a camp knife when I was 12. I just feel like a charlatan on the porch because I don’t have a big collection of traditionals to post here.

Don't worry about that!
When I joined I had traditional's: A Buck 301, 110, a 389 Stockman, and a VIC Huntsman.
(The Huntsman was in my office in Idaho. I was temporaraly based in Central and South Florida. I did not go to the office from 2008 to 2016.)

I currently have a few more than that ... not a large accumulation (I cannot in good concious call it a "collection") compared to many here. I only have around 114 now, the majority being Rough Rider/Ryder, offshore Old Timer's, and offshore Marbles.

I doubt my accumulation is going to grow much in the foreseeable yet to happen. I "think" I have enough to last the 11 or 12 years I expect to remain on the census ... if I am "lucky" ... if sooner ... oh well ... it don't matter. 😇👍
