I did not copy @5KQs SAK of the week, but I also chose an old Pioneer to join my old Camillus 68. It just caught my eye when I looked in the SAK cigar box.

Putting my feet up after today's PT session.
My therapist, Abby thought I was ready to move from the walker to a cane, and I made it all the way down the hall and back.
Her cane just does not have the panache of my home made red cedar cane with an ancient truck shifter knob.

Unfortunately, my breathing is as good as its going to get. That said, I'm back up to 20 minutes spinning on the stationary bike The tests are to see how the drugs are working to slow the progression of the fibrosis. Slow is good
