Alex: OK...what is the material? Looks a bit like bamboo because of the evenly spaced nodules, but not because it is curved and bamboo is straight, and who knows about the 3 little knots that are evenly spaced, and then the flowered ring on the finger........Oh man...interesting.

Wow! That almost looks like it could have been some sacred artifact of an ancient civilization. Great knife.

I forced a patina on my Charlow today. Meh, at least it's unique. I used the juice from pickled garlic and kimchi:

Thank you everyone - I am really amazed by this beauty myself. It is a collaboraration piece of french maker Michel (Aliaswonder) and italian Gigi Sechi with a blade styled after the traditional Sardinian Pattada in RWL34. The handle is an integral carved bamboo design by Michel.

I'm really in complete awe at that one. It's really a work of art, from what I can see both in form and function. And I thought my WH EDC was nice! That thing's captivating to look at! Though I almost feel as if it belongs in a ritual of some sort lol.
