What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Man I just keep falling more in love with the Buck 302!
Managed to find and ordered the 302 in Rosewood.
I can only justify 1 more purchase; so it's the hard choice between a Case Texas Jack or a GEC #48 single blade :D

The Buck US-made 300 series are great knives. I snagged a 301 and 303 in the yellow Delrin while I still could. For a good sturdy user there's really not much that beats them for the price.

They're great value for your buck -pun intended-
I've been eyeing the 301, are they chunky? if you don't mind me asking

'chunky' is in the eye of the beholder but i do not find the 301 buck to be chunky. ymmv

A little. They are 3-spring knives so a bit thicker than other Stockman patterns, and the blade stock is pretty sturdy. But they are tapered and rounded well at the bolsters so they aren't so much chunky as a little heavy.

To keep this post on topic I'll get this knife out of the drawer and carry it for a while when I get home. :)

I've started looking at the 303 for edc and whittling but can't purchase right now. Sometime in the new year.

In addition to my GEC #76 Western Outlaw in smooth yellow bone and the Texas rose shield, I also have the huge AG Russell wharnecliffe sowbelly in yellow delrin in my back pocket.
