These two have been inseparable for about 3 weeks now. The Charlow has stepped into the #2 spot. The 55 is always #1 no matter what, but the #2 can vary amongst a couple different ones. But lately now the Charlow in african blackwood has been the 55's companion. With it's spey blade it's a perfect dinner knife for steaks, chicken, pork chops, etc.
