Today is my birthday, so my birth year knives are in my pocket: 1971 Soldier and a 9 dot Case Copperhead with red bone covers. :D

Been carrying my 66 today, and it's had a fair bit of use too :)

Kris, that's a great looking folder there, makes me miss my GEC one similar to that, well number of blades and overall design, not the sweet knarly stag of course, or the Damascus blades or Damascus bolsters or the...well this is making me depressed ;)

Instead, along with my Le Trappeur, I'm carrying in my watch pocket this little Gunstock gem that I obtained in that photo contest held a short while ago, as I told my wife and kids, "It's a Major Award!" in my best Darren McGavin voice ;)

late Christmas present, just in time for Casino Royale ;)

Nice. Handles look like cocobolo? Modern coil spring autos are great, but nothing beats the sound and feel of a proper leaf spring traditional switchblade. My infatuation with autos has long subsided, but I can't deny that I'd love to have a Mikov or Hubertus with some nice bone, stag, or hardwood.
