ya'll are rubbing it in with your shiny new black alox pioneers!
i called again yesterday, although i paid for it back on january 6th, they STILL havent gotten any in, and they are expected "any day now" whatever that means
at least i talked the customer service lady into upgrading to priority mail, so when it does arrive it will get here a couple days faster.

Nice shot, nice Dr's too ! I had to go to Scotland a few years ago to help setup a machine that we sell that orients flasks bottles so they end up all facing the same direction, it was at a Chivas Regal filling plant, and WOW you walk in there and the smell is overpowering, but a few hours later, you don't notice it, That's a bad sign ;) by nite fall I usually had a nasty headache from those fumes!

Today I'm carrying this little fellow, a Case Tuxedo along with Le Trappeur by Chambriard

No pics yet, but as noted in the SAK thread, my Farmer came in today. It went into my left, front pocket with my bandanna and the aluminum wallet my parents gave me a few years ago for Christmas. I can't carry stuff like wallets in my back pockets generally as it puts pressure on some nerves and ups the back problems way too far. I'd quit carry a wallet for years until they got me the metal one. Maybe good for RFID protection, but I just like it because it keeps my DL and cards I need in one place and they don't get sweated on. But now the Alox farmer right alongside the aluminum wallet might be kind cool.

What really worries me though is that I might just up and decide to let the Farmer replace my long term EDC, the Case smooth chestnut bone Mini-Trapper. I love that little knife and love carrying it, but I look at that Farmer and if I think about it much at all, I don't have much reason to carry any other folder. That's scary.

RSmith, I feel for ya man. Hope you get it soon. I'm still staring at a green Alox cadet and fighting the urge. It's so darned pretty.
