Super nice, Gary!! Any more shots of them open? No worries if you don't...the pruning blade on the knife on the left just looks interesting.

Spending the day with two of my best friends. Carrying a Tim Steingass Loveless style hunter with a Claude Scott(who is not only an excellent sheath maker, but a great guy) sheath and Hartkopf lockback.

Thanks. No I believe it's factory. What do you see?
I thought the ones with the bail and hollow rivet were less common.

The Wengers are usually less common than the Vics but on all the ones I've ever seen, the bail was fitted in the hollow rivet.

Im off to do another shut at our local paper mill(Industrial fibreglassing IS!!! the worst job on earth!! )....After much deliberating on which single blade will accompany the Big Girl...Lloyd all the way!!....I quickly put this sheath together...It aint pretty but its functional..the chrome bolt heads protect the bolsters when im crawling around under pipes etc.....Both these knives are very sharp..................FES

Oh man!

Best pair I've seen in agged, deffinately will be looking at saving for a whaler sometime. How thick is its blade?
