What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Yeah, I got a little carried away (it really did deserve better pics), but I'll make sure to carry it tomorrow to make up for it. ;)

3 1/4", I usually prefer a bit bigger, but it really suits this one.

Super! Thanks and keep the pictures coming!

I hope you guys and gals don't mind seeing this one again. That's a really pretty knife! Is that what's called a Coke bottle? One more question if you don't mind, who makes it?
Thanks - Bob

Thanks guys. I have been looking for a PocketEze to carry for quite a while and this one is impressive. Smooth all the way around like a river washed pebble. You can tell there was a lot intention and care when it was put together. It has definitely been around the block a few times, but Man-O-Man the stories I bet it could tell. I am a huge fan of sunk joints, they carry so much better than something with a sharp tang pokin' out.

Agreed!

eschwebach - Love that Childress amigo.

How do you like a friction folder?

I must say the blade shape is excellent....that must be a keen slicer.

Andy - Say pops, I thought that was Max's Pioneer? Dad taxed was it?? ;)

Very nice. What is it?

Thank you, it's a D.W. Childress Friction Folder with amber jigged bone.

Thank you sir! I think a friction folder is fine for light duty everyday tasks, would not want to use it for heavy cutting though. The blade shape is great and it does slice quite well.
